We have two delivery options:
Priority postal delivery: usually takes between 10 and 20 days.
Courier service: here the delivery is faster, approximately 3 to 10 days.
As for the cost of delivery, for priority postal delivery cost is 5 EUR and if you choose courier service it will be 35 EUR. If it is courier delivery to Ukraine or CIS countries, the cost will be 70 EUR.
Bilder account may be opened remotely. Simply follow our registration procedure, and we will guide you through all the necessary documentation you need to open an account.
To change the limits, you need to write a request in your personal web panel or contact your personal manager.
You can have a maximum of 5 active virtual cards (including all currencies) per user. After you exceed this limit, you’ll need to wait 30 days before you can create a new virtual card.
To open an account for an individual, we need the following documents:
- scan of the passport and selfie with a passport
- utility bill not older than three months;
- personal account statement for the last six months;
- completed application form.
To open an account for a legal entity, we need the following documents:
- passports of the beneficial owner/director and selfie with this document;
- business documentation (contracts, invoices with the main partners for entry and exit specified in the questionnaire);
- information about the source of funds of the beneficiary – an extract from their personal account or a statement of income or other income confirming document;
- account statement from the bank where the company was previously serviced (for six months);
- utility bill of the beneficial owner/directors in English, not older than three months.
Virtual cards are available in EUR, GBP, and USD. They can be added to Apple Pay / Google Pay mobile wallets and used just like physical cards for making purchases in stores and withdrawing cash from ATMs.
Physical cards are issued only in EUR currency.
If you want to get a card in a different currency, you can order it through your Personal Web Panel or Mobile App. This will automatically open new account.

To use the card, you must have funds on your account in the currency in which the card is issued. If you do not have funds in the required currency or not enough, you can exchange them from the available balance in another currency.
