Questions & Answers
The bonus is paid within 5 business days after the following conditions are met:
– Your friend has completed registration and verification
– Your friend has added their physical Bilder card to Apple Pay or Google Pay
– Your friend has made 3 purchases of €5 or more using their physical card
– Your account is active during the campaign period
– Your friend’s account is active during the campaign period
– All steps were completed within the campaign period (from 11th August to 31st October 2025)
You can receive bonuses for up to 5 referred friends during the campaign.
With the Referral Program, you can earn rewards for up to 5 invitees per campaign. To qualify, your invitees must complete all required steps within the campaign deadline. If they miss the deadline, they will not be eligible for rewards.
Common reasons you may not have received a reward:
• Your invitee did not complete all the required steps before the deadline.
• Your invitee had an existing Bilder account before joining.
• Your invitee did not use your unique referral link before sign up.
• One or more of the completed steps didn’t meet the specific requirements outlined in our referral reward requirements FAQ.
• Your invitee completed the necessary steps, but the card payments are still processing.

If you’ve just completed the required steps, please allow a few days for us to review and process the reward for the person who referred you. Once all requirements are confirmed, the reward is automatically issued to your referrer within 3–5 business days.
If you believe all steps were completed correctly but the reward wasn’t issued, please reach out by sending the Requests, and we’ll be happy to investigate.
