Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic banking team. This individual will be instrumental in achieving our sales targets, expanding our agency network, and driving direct sales. If you’re a proactive self-starter with a knack for building lasting relationships and closing deals, we’d like to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

• Build and grow the agency network by identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and supporting new sales agents.

• Develop a strong pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and referrals; present products, assess client needs, and close deals.

Client Relationship Management

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Client Onboarding & Documentation

• Perform client identification (KYC) and review client documents for compliance with internal regulations.

• Ensure all cooperation-related updates are reflected in client files.

• Prepare agreements and provide clients with required documents; keep them informed about changes affecting cooperation.
  
  

We expect:

• At least 3 years experience in Sales — fintech or banking preferred.

• Good communication skills, high sense of responsibility.

• Excellent knowledge of English — both spoken and written.

• Ability to work in dynamic work environment and meet KPIs.

• Agency Network Development: identify, recruit, and onboard new sales agents to expand our banking agency network. Provide necessary training and support to ensure their success.
• Direct Sales: develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through cold calls, networking, and referrals. Present our banking products and services, understand clients‘ needs, and close sales.
• Collaboration: work closely with other departments, including Marketing and Customer Service, to optimize sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
